Hi Ted,
I was wondering what we do re formatting if we have italics in the text please.
When we post our chapters to the website for other people to review we have to indicate where italics are used. All my Progue and some characters' thoughts are italicised in my novel. With the publishing deal, if I send it to you as a word document will the italics in my original reproduce or do I need to send it as a PDF file ( though I have yet to find out what that is!) ?

Thanks for your very prompt response Ted. Sorry if I'm being a pain but could you tell me too if it's okay to put in a dedication page, one for acknowledgements and one for a pertinent quote?
