please, is Ted away on holiday? I have sent two e-mails over the past few days and am still waiting for a response. My query was, about 3 weeks ago I e-mailed my details for the free publishing offer but have not heard a word. I notice that quite a few members have received their details. Time marches on and I would like to be able to set my book up without having to rush it.
