For users who need to see larger text because of seeing difficulties etc., then the website has to allow the flexibility to allow people to change the text size in their browser of choice.
This is an accessibility issue.
The website has been designed so that the font size looks the most sensible when you set it to "Medium" in Internet Explorer.
Sometimes, people don't realise they have their font size set on Largest or Smallest. Many websites just completely fix their font sizes so setting to Largest or Smallest has no effect.
But on YouWriteOn it does - so if you are affected, then just make the small change in your browser settings.
