Congratulations to the Top Five this month - Anne, Stringer, Alan, Andrew and Emma.

As we're getting so many good chapters being uploaded, we've decided to award one professional critique to each of the Top Five each month.

Our professional reviewers now include editors for leading literary agents and publishers, including Curtis Brown and Bloomsbury.

The Top Ten's aim is to look at highly rated books, and to be accessible for new writers.

The Best Sellers Chart, which will be introduced over the next few weeks, will look more at a sustained level of feedback for chapters. Chapters which have shown longevity in the Top Ten, but have not qualified for a professional critique, will enter the Best Sellers Chart. The Arts Council are very pleased with how the site is progressing, and the quality of writing and members' constructive feedback.

To every member, thank you for your constructive feedback during March.

May I add my hearty congratulations (and probably a few sheep as well) to all and sundry. I've been enjoying the reads and now look forward to seeing what other good stories are going to come up and bite us. I chanced upon the site and I'm sure many other readers will as well.

Crumpled Columbo takes his hat off to you all (though he'll leave his grubby rain coat on for fear of it looking like a flash)
