I sent the contract, text and cover by email on Monday 6 October. Today is Thursday 9th October. I have not receieved an acknowledgement that it has been received. I am therefore unsure whether there is a long queue waiting to be dealt with or whether the email never arrived. Communications are not permitted. Should I panic yet or have others experienced similar timescales? I would very much appreciate any advice.

We had another surge in applications this week so now that is dealt with this will be the schedule and you will hear by tomorrow.

You'll receive an email with the next 1 to 2 working days. Legend are setting up an immediate response mechanism to acknowledge received files which will be in place very early next week. This will include a comprehensive list of the most commonly asked FAQs we've received so far, with details of how to query further if required.
